2016 – Current
The 26 kilometer stretch between Woolgoolga and Glenuige is part of the Pacific Highway upgrade to Ballina. An Operational Noise Management Report identified 41 properties in that vicinity that required acoustic treatments.
PES Involvement:
The provision of a Project Manager, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
- To provide architectural acoustic treatment (supply and installation)
- Project management services to residential properties where the predicted operational traffic noise levels of the upgraded road exceed the relevant noise criteria.
- Preparing pre-treatment building inspection reports and Hazardous substance registers including an Asbestos Survey.
- Managing the individual building works to each property requiring treatment.
