Woolgoolga to Ballina is the final link in the Pacific Highway upgrade between Hexham and the Queensland border.
A NSW Government project valued at 4.9billion will provide 155 kilometres of 4 lane divided road.
When complete, the length of the road between Woolgoolga and Ballina will be reduced by 13 kilometres, travel time cut by 25 minutes and forecast crash rates decreasing by 27%, essentially making the journey between Woolgoolga to Ballina shorter, swifter, and safer.
PES Involvement:
The provision of a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineers.
- Project Management of the At House Noise Treatment (AHNT) works for over 270 homeowners.
- Acoustic treatment investigations for residents.
- Project Management for Utilities design and early works construction.
- Power supply upgrades and relocations
